    En mi caso he troceado las verduras y las he salteado ligeramente en una sartén con sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo.
  3. El tomate lo he rallado y lo he sofrito en una sartén con sal, pimienta y cebolla en polvo.
  4. Cuando la base esté lista, extender el sofrito casero de tomate y poner las verduras. Por encima el queso y el orégano. Hornear hasta que esté gratinado a tu gusto. Que aproveche!!
