  9. En otra sartén, ves friendo el tomate. Para ello poco aceite, vertir el tomate triturado, el toque generoso de sal con pizca de azúcar, ir removiendo con una cuchara poco a poco de vez en cuando. Que no se te queme, más vale tirando a crudo.
  10. Coge una bandeja para el horno. Primera capa de jamón serrano y por encima una capa fina de tomate.
  11. La segunda capa de berenjena y por encima otra fina de tomate.
  12. Seguimos con otra de berenjena y otra fina de tomate.
  13. Para terminar SIEMPRE LA CAPA DE QUESO de barra.
  14. Esparcir la Bechamel por encima.
  15. Espolvorear toda la superficie con queso rallado.
  16. Introducir la bandeja al Horno PREVIAMENTE PRECALENTADO a 200ºC
  17. Hornear durante unos 25 min. mejor referencia, hasta que lo veas bien doradito, Sacar.
  18. Cortar para servir.
