- Para que no estén blandas y puedas dar forma de albóndiga añadir el pan rallado (controlando la cantidad, para ello, viertes el pan rallado, amasas y compruebas la textura).

- Pon los toques de pimienta (+sal) y remover hasta que lo tengas homogéneo.

- Hacer las albóndigas, batir los huevos y poner aceite a una sartén.

- Pasar cada albóndiga por los huevos y a la sartén.

- Dorar las albóndigas por las dos caras. (se frien pronto, no las tengas demasiado tiempo)

- Sacarlas de la sartén y dejarlas en un plato con papel para que absorba el aceite sobrante.
