- Sacar, dejar enfriar y pelar las berenjenas


- Picar en tiras muy finas. Poner en una fuente y reservar


- Picar en tiras los champiñones, en trozos pequeños el pepino y añadir a la berenjena


- Añadir las aceitunas
- En un mortero poner el ajo partido, la albahaca picada y un poco de sal. Majar. Añadir el zumo de lima. Remover. Añadir el aceite, remover bien



- Aliñar la ensalada con el majado
