- 2 zanahorias
- 2 dientes ajo

- 400 gramos carne picada (yo use pollo pavo)
- Sal, pimienta, romero, ajo en polvo
- Queso para gratinar
- Vino blanco

- Preparamos los ingredientes. En la foto falta el vino blanco

- Partimos las berenjenas por la mitad y en una bandeja de horno lo metemos a hornear 30 minutos a 150 grados, aunque ponerle más tiempo si no estuvieran hechas. Estáran cuando están blandas como para sacarle la carne de dentro pero no tan blandas como para deshacerse.

- Mientras en una sartén hacemos el sofrito, picamos la cebolla y la zanahoria primero y ponemos a fuego medio alto. Después añadimos el puerro y el ajo. Y seguidamente la carne picada. Movemos continuamente desmenuzando la carne mientras se sofríe. Añadimos la sal y las especias (un poquito de cada, romero puede echarsele algo más)



- Cuando la carne haya dorado toda añadimos un chorrito de vino blanco y seguimos cocinando hasta que se reduzca. Después añadimos el tomate natural triturado y movemos bien. Seguimos sofriendo a fuego medio bajo.


- Una vez listas las berenjenas le sacamos la carne con la ayuda de un cuchillo y una cuchara y con cuidado de que no se rompan (si se rajan un poquito no pasa nada). Reservamos la piel de las berenjenas que nos servirán de "cuenco", y todo el relleno de la berenjena una vez sacado lo picamos y lo echamos en el sofrito anterior.


- Una vez listo el sofrito echamos toda la mezcla dentro de las berenjenas que hemos vaciado, llenandolas bien. Encima espolvoreamos un poquito de queso rallado. Y metemos al horno durante 15 minutos a 200 grados. Y listo!!
