  3. Mientras tanto, cortar la cebolla finita y dejar pochar con un poco de aceite hasta ver blandita y dorada.
  4. Agregar la carne picada y salpimentar al gusto. Cuando la carne esté a nuestro gusto, añadir el vino y dejar evaporar el alcohol.
  5. Pasados unos minutos, echar el tomate y dejar que todo se haga bien a fuego medio-flojo.
  6. Cuando tengamos la berenjena lista y la boloñesa, es hora de montar la misma. Untamos un recipiente apto para el horno con un poco de mantequilla (también vale aceite de oliva). Ponemos capa de berenjena, capa de boloñesa y añadimos una loncha de queso. Así hasta la última capa de berenjena que le ponemos la bechamel y el queso rallado por encima. Meter al horno a 180 con el ventilador y cuando dore estará lista
