  3. Cortamos la cebolla y el calabacín bien pequeño y lo doramos un poco en una sartén, a fuego medio. Le añadimos la manzana y la berenjena que nos sobra, cuando lleve 5’ y lo dejamos 5’ más.
  4. Hacemos las berenjenas en una parrilla.
  5. En una palangana para horno le ponemos una primera capa del tomate que hemos hecho, una capa de berenjenas, un poco de las verduras sofreídas, un poco del queso rallado y unas hojas de albahaca a trozos. Y repetimos, yo he hecho 3 capas, es decir, 2 pisos. Terminamos con salsa de tomate y queso. Lo ponemos al horno a 200 grados (precalentado) unos 20’.
