  5. Cortamos la berenjena y la freímos en aceite caliente. Reservamos papel absorbente.
  6. En una plancha, salteamos el salmón.
  7. Para montar la coca, ponemos encima de la masa la berenjena, ponemos sal, y encima el salmón caliente. He decorado con caviaroli y semillas de calabaza.
