Steps to make to make Canelones (th)
- Poner los canelones en remojo para que se ablanden. Después escurrirlos bien y ponerlos sobre papel de cocina absorbente. Reservar.
- Poner el aceite para hacer el relleno en el vaso y programar 3 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad cuchara.
- Añadir la cebolla y programar 5 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1.
- Incorporar el tomate y programar 2 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1
- Agregar las carnes, la lata de paté y el coñac (o brandy).
Programar 45 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1. Cuando falten 2 minutos para acabar el tiempo programado, añadir la harina a través del bocal. - Programar 6 segundos, velocidad 5 (si gusta más triturado dejarlo más tiempo), ayudándose con la espátula. A continuación incorporar la leche y volver a programar 5 minutos, 100º, velocidad 3.
- Sacar del vaso y dejar enfriar la mezcla. Una vez fría rellenar las placas con ella.
- Preparar la bechamel poniendo el aceite y la mantequilla en el vaso. Programar 3 minutos, temperatura Varoma, velocidad 1. Añadir la harina y rehogar 3 minutos, 100º, velocidad 1 ½. Añadir el resto de los ingredientes y programar 18 minutos, 100º, velocidad 4.
- Verter un poquito de bechamel en la bandeja de los canelones, e ir colocándolos encima de la bechamel, verter el resto de la bechamel por encima, espolvorear con queso rallado y meterlos en el horno caliente hasta que estén dorados.
