- Calentamos las pitas en una sartén o bien en una tostadora.

- Abrimos las pitas con cuidado, al abrirla saldrá vapor que puede quemarnos, y pincelamos el interior con un poco de la salsa de mostaza y miel que teníamos reservada.

- Introducimos dentro del pan un par de cucharadas de mezcla de carne y cebolla.

- Por último, colcamos dos rodajas de tomate en cada pita y, terminamos de rellenar con carne y cebolla. Salseamos un poco más con la salsa de mostaza y miel y, servimos de inmediato antes de que se enfríe el pan.
