- Armar la causa tomando una parte de masa de papas y acomodándola en una fuente y darle el grosor deseado (entre uno y dos cm es lo normal).
- A la palta cortada, añadir limón, sal y pimienta (o si lo prefieres alguna vinagreta a tu gusto). Añadir sobre la primera capa de la causa.
- Añadir el relleno o preparado de pollo y cubrir con otra capa de causa dando el mismo grosor de la primera capa.
