- En un cazo grande de unos 30 cm aproximadamente, o en una paellera, ponemos aceite (un buen chorro).
- Cuando esté caliente echamos el bacon, ponemos ajo molido, pimienta y orégano (la cantidad al paladar de cada uno) y dejamos cocer a fuego medio-bajo.
- Cuando el bacon empiece a estar tostadito, ponemos 3 cucharadas de mostaza, removemos bien, que no queden pegotes y dejamos que reduzca 1 minuto.
- Añadimos el pollo desmenuzado y la tortilla cortadita y mezclamos.
- Por último añadimos el arroz y volvemos a echar pimienta y orégano y damos vueltas mezclando todo bien.
- Cuando todo el arroz haya cambiado de color, lo servimos.
