- Se cocina durante 15 minutos, siempre a fuego medio, se prueba para ver si esta bien de sal, y también como esta el arroz, es aconsejable que el arroz, este un poco crujiente, y un poco caldoso al apartarlo, parque con el calor se sigue cociendo, y hace que se quede en su punto.

- Se puede servir con medio limón.
